Enforcing solicitors to need more cover?
Proposals in a green paper issued by the Lord Chancellor’s department would require solicitors who enforce court orders to
be licensed, pay into a compensation fund and take out additional indemnity insurance. This is part of wider measures to facilitate
better collection of court ordered payments, £600mn a year estimated as unpaid.
