CCA a risk?

An article in Time (16 July 2001) discusses the use of chromate copper arsenate (CCA) infused into 98% of wood destined for outdoor use, including children’s playgrounds, in the US. Although there is no hard evidence as yet it is believed there is a risk the poison can leak out.
