Directors file action against FSA
Three directors of collapsed retirement advice firm Knight Williams & Co have lodged claims in the High Court against the
Financial Services Authority (FSA) as successor to the Securities & Investment Board (SIB). They seek damages of £10.7mn and
unquantified compensation for harm to their reputations due to the actions of the regulatory body.
