Capsticks appoints new legal director from Eversheds Sutherland

Capsticks has appointed Deborah McClean as legal director. She joins from Eversheds Sutherland. For over 20 years, she has defended road traffic accidents, employers’ liability and public liability, health and safety law, occupational health and disease claims. Her clients include insurers, self-insured companies and local authorities whom she has supported in a variety of claims and strategic matters.
