California’s Santa Clara superior court has rejected three of the charges of a major lead poisoning suit brought by the cities
of San Francisco, San Jose and Oakland and nine other public agencies against a number of paint manufacturers. But Judge Ward
has offered the plaintiffs the opportunity to revise their complaints.
