Vicarious penalties for dangerous driving?
Proposals floated by the Health & Safety Executive could place directors at risk of fines or even jail for the dangerous driving
of their employees. This is through implementation of existing Health & Safety at Work regulations to include road accidents,
where it is shown that employers have demanded excessive speed in deliveries.
