Claims escalate in Australia
Speaking at the Eighth Australian Accident Compensation Seminar, Bruce Watson and Mark Hurst of Trowbridge Consulting warned
that Australian insurance companies may have underestimated future asbestos claims by up to 150% and that some would need
to at least double their reserves.
