Stigma claim not barred by redundancy settlement
Payments accepted in full and final settlement of all or any claims, by redundant former employees of the Bank of Credit &
Commerce, did not bar them from subsequent action for stigma damages in respect of their disadvantage in the labour market
following the subsequent discovery of BCCI’s corrupt practices.
