Limiting scope of liability

In determining the limitation of liability by a contractual clause to the effect that no statements or representations by either party had been relied on for entry into the contract, the significance and effect were to be assessed. Allowed, on appeal, that where such an agreement was made between parties of equal sophistication, such clauses were not unreasonable in their entirety.
