Birth after sterilisation
Naomi Brolan, who gave birth after a sterilisation operation, is seeking compensation from the Royal United Hospital, Bath.
She claims she was not warned that a risk of pregnancy remained and that the surgeon had operated in such a way as to make
the sterilisation reversible although she had wanted it to be permanent.
