Travel insurance ‘responds’ to DVT

Specialist travel insurance firm Club Direct is making specific changes to its travel policies to enable passengers who suffer deep vein thrombosis (DVT) to sue airlines. This is through legal costs availability of up to £25,000. While associated medical costs are already covered in standard travel policies, legal funding is left to the claimant.
