Estonia report

A technical report into the sinking of the Estonia in 1994 with the loss of 852 lives blames an explosion rather than design faults. The latest report also drew on earlier independent reports by laboratories in Germany and the US that examined metal cut from the hole near the bulkhead during last year’s controversial diving expedition.
