Robert Greene Sterne (pictured below) of Sterne Kessler Goldstein & Fox hasworked for over 45 years in the field of IP. Along with starting his own lawfirm at 26, he helped advise on the drafting of the America Invents Act and hasbeen the recipient of many awards and achievements. His areas of expertiseinclude: global IP management, strategy, and best practices; commercialisationand enforcement of innovation-based assets; and handling IP disputes,particularly at the US Patent and Trademark Office’s (USPTO) Patent Trial andAppeal Board (PTAB).
