Employment law failing to keep pace with AI at work

A new report into the use of artificial intelligence (AI) at work has warned that huge gaps in British law could lead to widespread discrimination and unfair treatment at work. The report from leading employment rights lawyers concluded that employment law is failing to keep pace with the rapid expansion of AI at work.
