AI used to assess medical evidence and recommend damages figure

Technology company Kennedys IQ is using artificial intelligence to assess medical evidence and recommend a damages figure for insurance claims in the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) Portal. Its product Portal Manager also employs state-of-the-art fraud detection technology, based on their evidential reasoning engine developed in conjunction with the University of Manchester in a government-funded Knowledge Transfer Partnership.
