The Equal Opportunities Commission (EOC) has warned that bosses who do not take equal pay seriously “run a greater risk than
ever before of being challenged by women workers since the introduction of the equal pay questionnaire. They cannot use concerns
about confidentiality to avoid confronting equal pay issues.”
