Tour operator’s arguments fail over crash
A judge has ruled in favour of a group of passengers who are looking to obtain compensation from their tour operator for psychological
injuries caused after a plane crash. The judge ruled that it was not necessary for the passengers to prove that Britannia
Airways had been negligent in the plane crash.
