Axis gains D&O business from Kemper
Axis Capital Holdings, the Bermudian insurer, is to acquire the renewal rights to business written by Kemper Insurance’s financial insurance
solutions division. This includes directors’ & officers’ liability and employment practices liability. Kemper is selling off
large parts of its business in order to concentrate on its core commercial business.
