T&N/R&SA non-disclosure suit commences
A suit, brought by Federal Mogul administrators on behalf of around 700 employees and their families, seeking coverage by
R&SA through EL policies written for Turner & Newall between the 1960s to mid ‘70s, has commenced. T&N, now in chapter 11
bankruptcy, purchased T&N five years ago.
