New D&O facility from Arch

Bermudian insurer Arch Insurance has formed a new $40mn facility for ‘A’ Side Directors and Officers liability insurance. ‘A’ Side coverage protects individual directors and officers where the company cannot indemnify them as a result of state indemnification laws or insolvency. It also provides additional protection for directors and officers when primary coverage and corporate indemnification is depleted or unable to respond.
