Explore no fault for EL says HSC

The Chair of the Health and Safety Commission, Bill Callaghan, has said radical options should not be ruled out, and a ‘no fault’ system should be explored, in the Government’s review of Employers Liability Compulsory Insurance. He said the review ‘offers an opportunity that will not arise again for years,’ and added that short-term technical adjustments would not solve the problems.
