Tube derailment

Liability, at least not involving serious injury as the 11 hurt all left hospital the same or the next day, is uncertain in the Chancery Lane derailment of a Central Line train on London Underground on 25 January. The line will stay closed for at least three weeks while new bolts are fitted to thousands of under-carriage traction motors and testing by Health and Safety inspectors.
