GM cross-pollination legislation

The UK government is reported to be looking at liability legislation over the issue of organic farms suffering cross-pollination from genetically-modified crops grown on neighbouring farms. The Agriculture and Environment Biotechnology Commission is examining the issue and is set to make recommendations later in the year. The move is opposed by the biotechnology industry.
