Silverstein seeks defence costs

Silverstein Properties has taken action against his liability insurers seeking defence costs for claims arising from 11 September as well as coverage of valid liability claims. He also seeks ruling that NY Port Authority are also covered by his US$1bn liability insurance and clarification of the maximum liability both may face. The Port Authority also has separate coverage of US$650mn.
