Sniper victims sue gun suppliers

Relatives of two victims (James Buchanan and Conrad Johnson) of the New York sniper are suing gun-maker Bushmaster Firearms Inc alleging gross negligence in selling to a shop that, according to government audits, was unable to account for over 200 guns in the last three years. They are also suing the shop, Bulls Eye Shooter Supply, which sold the weapon to men legally prohibited from gun ownership.
