Honeywell reaches settlement
Shortly after setting aside US$900mn for asbestos liabilities, US group Honeywell International has reached settlement with
90% of claimants against its former brick and cement unit, NARCO, which it sold in 1986. A trust will be established to pay
off valid claims.
