MoD argues in court on Gulf War Syndrome

Following last May’s ruling by the war pension tribunal that a former Parachute Regiment medical officer who served in the Gulf War of 1991 suffered from a ‘syndrome’ of illnesses ie Gulf War Syndrome (the first official recognition of the condition in this country) the Ministry of Defence (MoD) is trying to prove its non-existence in court.
