Baby in car crash

A child, three months old at the time, which suffered major head injuries in a road crash has received nearly £3m in damages. The child’s mother was killed in the collision with a lorry. The eight year old child has severe mobility and communication problems. Damages include a contingency fund of £500,000 and a tax-free income for life, and will be paid by the mother’s insurers.
