Low-paid challenge congestion charges

Low paid workers with unsocial hours, market porters and traders, theatre and restaurant staff who, through lack of public transport early and late have no alternative but to drive to work in central London, and preparing an action for breach of human rights by the authority’s failure in proper consultation prior to the introduction of congestion charges. The action is co-ordinated by Class Law.
