IBM in Holocaust lawsuit

The Gypsy International Recognition & Compensation Action (GIRCA), an association of more than 600 Romany organisations, is reported to be suing IBM for providing punchcards and early computing devices to Nazi Germany to help the regime in the Holocaust. Preliminary hearings will start this month in Geneva for the $12bn lawsuit.
