Federal-Mogul takes action against CCR
Federal-Mogul Corporation and three of its units, all in chapter 11 bankruptcy, have filed for a declaration by the bankruptcy
court that the Center for Claims Resolution (
CCR), which had handled asbestos compensation payments on their behalf, be prevented from making any further payments on their
behalf.
