Union compensates staff for Equitable shortfall
In an unprecedented move, the Amalgamated Engineering & Electrical Union is to compensate its staff who lost out on their
pension AVCs (additional voluntary contributions) being placed with Equitable Life. About 70 staff members are thought to
be involved.
