Relaxation of pesticide directorate
The Court of Appeal has ruled in favour of DEFRA so as to allow more relaxed controls over parallel imports of agricultural
pesticides. Formerly such products could only be imported to the UK when identical to the formulation of a pesticide already
approved in the UK.
