Silverstein dispute hots up
The dispute between World Trade Center lead lessee Larry Silverstein and insurers is heating up, with accusation from the
lead insurer that Mr Silverstein has forfeited his right to rebuild the centre by asking for an immediate cash payment for
the actual cash value of the property.
