Montpellier turnabout of Cape stance?

Montpellier, the construction firm controlling 30% of Cape and recently taking over its management, has made it clear it favours an affordable settlement of the asbestos claims. These come from some 7,300 African former workers, many from the Koegas mine that closed 22 years ago. Cape had been adamant in refusing to acknowledge liability.
