Radioactive treatment less risky than living in Denver

Researchers at the Washington University School of Medicine in St Louis, led by radiation oncologist Jeff Michalski, say radioactive ‘seeds’ used to treat prostate cancer in men pose no radiation risk to their wives or families. Tests on around 50 men indicated that the annual dose was ‘less than … living in Denver for three or four months.’
