Class action against Goodyear sought

Lawyers who filed suit in Madison County, Illinois, alleging that Goodyear Tire & Rubber and its unit Kelly-Springfield Tire, manufactured defective tyres, are seeking class action status. Alleging there are millions of defective tyres in use on the roads, they particularly target those produced as Load Range E and Load Range D for light trucks and recreational vehicles.
