Call for Cabinet Office bullying harassment and discrimination inquiry

An independent inquiry into accusations of bullying harassment and discrimination within the Cabinet Office should be urgently established, according to union PCS. The latest preliminary People Survey results in 2020, 10 per cent of Cabinet Office staff feel they have been bullied in the last year. Although that is a 5 per cent drop on last year, there was also a 14 per cent drop in those who reported the incident and a 15 per cent rise in those who felt they were punished for raising it, said PCS.
