Infringement claims against Pixar’s Inside Out denied by US’s highest court; Ninth Circuit decision stands

The Supreme Court of the US (SCOTUS) has opted not to review a copyright infringement case from a children’s social and emotional development entertainment company that claims Disney’s Pixar stole the idea for its hit 2015 film, Inside Out.
