Insurers to fight Kuwait interest
The largest-ever interest award, of US$107mn, against war risk insurers, led by Merrett syndicate, is to be appealed. This
stems from the long-running coverage arguments for loss of aircraft and parts in the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait in 1990.
