Call for babywalker ban

The Chartered Society of Physiotherapists has voted for their society to campaign – along with other health organisations – for a ban on the use of babywalkers. It cites research showing the devices responsible for more than 4,000 injuries a year, as well as hindering natural development through hindering natural exploration of surroundings.
