The catastrophic fire and explosions of a firework store in the Dutch city of Enschede is likely to lead to (belated) regulation
Europe-wide. At least 20 people died, more than 600 were injured – some severely, around 1,500 homes were destroyed as 500
square metres of the town were flattened.
