Accountant Anthony Fernandes was dismissed from Netcom Consultants for gross misconduct. This, coincidentally, followed his
complaint to the chairman of US sister company about his boss’s expense claims. He is now claiming unfair dismissal in the
first case under the Public Interest Disclosure Act. The hearing continues.
