Time for a patent change?

The latestconsultative draft of China’s Patent Law has been published, Norton RoseFulbright’s Justin Davidson explores theamendments

The PRC Patent Law was last amended in 2008 (the third revision),and in the last decade the calls for reform have been growing. Preparation workfor the fourth revision to the Patent Law got underway as early as 2012 andseveral consultative drafts had been released since, most recently on 3 July2020.
