The UK Intellectual Property Office (UK IPO) has expressedits commitment to making the office an inclusive working environment, byexpressing its intent to tackle its gender pay gap, utilise gender-neutralpronouns in office communications, and ensure facilities and equalopportunities are available for all genders.
