The Changing Shape of FSA Regulation: Implications for Directors and Officers

The Government is again on the march against directors and officers and directors could be forgiven for thinking that this time it’s personal. Recent legislation has emphasized that individual responsibility is very much on the agenda. The Money Laundering Regulations, the Enterprise Act, and the Companies (Audit, Investigation and Community Enterprise) Act all provide for sanctions to be taken against individuals.
