BOC facing welding fume claims
UK group BOC is facing a very large number of US lawsuits over the health effects of welding fumes. A US subsidiary of BOC
currently is a party to a number of cases in the US alleging neurological injury through exposure to manganese in welding
fumes. Plaintiffs have described welding fumes as the new asbestos.
