Ninth Circuit overturns FTC v Qualcomm ruling

US chip-making giant Qualcomm has been handed a lifeline in its antitrust dispute with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC)
over patent licensing fees, after the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit reversed a decision finding its prior practices
to be anti-competitive.
