UK supermarkets guilty in healthy meal TM dispute

The UK High Court has found supermarkets Sainsbury's andWaitrose, along with one of its suppliers, guilty of trademark infringement andpassing of following a complaint brought against the trio by healthy fooddelivery service Fit Kitchen.
