$40mn sex discrimination claim fund distributed
The US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has announced that a $40mn sex discrimination claim fund – which was
established following the $54mn landmark settlement last year with Morgan Stanley – will be distributed to the 67 eligible
discrimination victims who came forward to participate in the claims process.
